20 Year High School Reunion

20 years!! I can't believe it!! Saturday, 9/27, was my 20 year reunion from Huntington Beach High School. It was so much fun!! I didn't get home until 4:30 Sunday morning :) There were a lot of people there that I had known since elementary school - in the photo below, I went to Kindergarten with all but one - and I've known him since 4th grade. It was great catching up with everyone. And we found out that we all still live locally so we'll be getting together more often than once every 10 years. Yay class of 1988!

Todd's Birthday!!

For Todd's birthday, he decided he wanted to spend the day at Universal Studios. It was Colden's first time there and we had a great time. Todd and I haven't been there since before I was pregnant. It was nice to see that they had some new attractions.

The first thing we did was the Simpson Ride. Colden and Todd loved it. I had to ride through the entire thing with my eyes closed. It was making me soooo sick!! Thank goodness Colden hasn't inherited my motion sickness problem!!

Disneyland!!!

Colden and I went to Disneyland for a few hours today. There was hardly anyone there and we just about walked on every ride. The longest line was for Finding Nemo - about 25 minutes. Sure glad I didn't wait in line on the days that it was over an hour because it definitely wasn't worth it. Too much hype I guess. But it was cute.

It's hard to see, but in the picture below, Tinkerbell is sitting on Coldens hand.

California Adventure

Colden, my mom and I went to California Adventure and had a great day!! It wasn't crowded at all. I'm so happy that Colden is no longer afraid of the characters!!

First Day of School

Friday, September 5th was Colden's first day back to school. This year he's in the 3-day class. He goes M,W,F from 9-12. He loved being back and seeing his old friends and meeting new ones. I got to work in his classroom (and be snack mom) and it was really fun to watch and interact with all the kids. They sure were tired at the end of the day!!
